Hi there,
Welcome to my portfolio!
I am Anna, a strategist, User Experience and Service Designer. I love solving difficult problems and mapping out complex processes to make them simpler. My passion lies in design for organizational change, design for behaviour change, social design and design for cultural differences.
FOR WHOM HAVE I WORKED
Clients
In the past few years, I have worked for different clients while being employed, freelancing or studying.
They were in the fields of healthcare, smart cities, logistics, consumer products, energy, fin tech, food, IoT.
Helping them shaping their ideas, solving problems, discovering opportunities and creating innovative solutions. Project diversity is what drives me. Some of the work is not allowed to show online if you are interested in projects from the last two years lets have a coffee and I can show them offline.

HOW I WORK
My Design Process
My design process differs from project to project depending on the requirements and the nature of the project. However, each process is a constant loop of identification, validation, and creation. happens through the lens of the user the organization and technology.

PROJECT TITLE
AGILE VS WATERFALL
Process Phases
There are many approaches for the design and implementation process. From a design perspective the process is often described based on a 'waterfall' model approach with methods that use the double diamond shape to express converging and diverging. Phases are described to happen after each other. From an agile development perspective, these phases are all repeating in each sprint instead of having closed phases after each other.
From my experience, a combination of both works best. For successful product development a discovery or exploration phase, initial research, and analysis phase should happen before starting to work in agile sprints to ensure the epics are based on the right user needs and business objectives to allow success. However, each sprint contains discovery, definition, creation, and implementation in small, hence divergence and convergence.
My ideal process
In an ideal project, I will go through all phases below in a full product development. Different phases will involve different colleges and stakeholders. Read more about my approach, skills and involvement in these phases as a UX and Service designer.
MY EXPERIENCE, MY EXPERTISE, WHAT DRIVES ME, WHAT DO I LIKE...
About Me
I am passionate about User Research, UX Design, and Service Design and have worked in this field for the last 7 years, however also have a background in industrial design. I see myself as a T- shaped problem solver rather than a specialist. I love solving difficult problems and mapping out complex processes to make them simpler, using the means necessary to approach each challenge.
Topics I am specifically interested in and working on are: bridging the gap between service design and the scrum team, organizational change towards more customer-centric and design-driven ways of working, design for behavior change, social design for cultural differences.
